Meet T365, the New Player in the Title Space
Covius has officially completed the acquisition of Title365’s operations from Blend Labs, Inc. Title365’s operations significantly expand Covius’ presence in the origination title space and complement our existing title business, which has traditionally been more focused on default title. Title 365’s operations are now part of Covius Settlement Services, and the combined solution is serving the industry as T365, a Covius Settlement Solution.
By combining Title365’s origination expertise with Covius’ strength in default services, T365 delivers a broad, scalable title solution for lenders, servicers and capital markets investors. Clients can now access origination and default title services, 100+ technology integrations and leading LOS connections and integrated settlement services from a financially strong parent. Plus, targeted analytics very early in the application process help clients focus on the right orders at the right time to optimize pipeline performance.
Joe Chappell, EVP of Operations, who now heads T365, emphasized that the combined operation creates balance and scale across the settlement services spectrum. “Covius Settlement Services’ focus was primarily on the default side of the business,” he noted. “Title365’s strength was on the origination side, where they had been a high-volume provider during peak cycles. As T365, we’re strong on both sides of the business, well integrated with clients and platforms, and staffed by a team of professionals with the experience to deliver when higher volumes return.”
Kirby Hulbert and his management team from Title365 have joined Covius. They are focused on what T365 will now be able to offer existing clients. “Having a specialized document solution and dedicated servicing compliance group is a real advantage on the default side of the business,” he said, adding that having the support of a financially strong parent focused on delivering services is also a true benefit. “Our team is excited about what’s ahead.”
This acquisition aligns with Covius’ long-held strategy of delivering a full range of tech-enabled products and services across the origination, servicing and capital market sectors, giving clients easy access to the broader Covius ecosystem—including appraisals and verifications, compliance, credit, document services, property reports, servicing oversight and more—all under a single MSA.
Chappell said, “There is alignment from a title perspective, a compliance perspective, a scale perspective and from an end-to-end solutions perspective. It’s taken a while for this to come together, but it is the right move for the times.” Reach out to learn more about T365.

Teeing Up for a Great Cause
Covius was proud to sponsor the inaugural Connector Cup, bringing together 22 golfers, various sponsors and industry guests for a day built around a simple but powerful mission: Connect. Compete. Contribute.
The competition was spirited, the connections were real and the cause was close to home. The Connector Cup raised $3,500 for the Denise Marie Flaherty Memorial Foundation, which provides emotional and financial support to families navigating a cancer diagnosis. We’re proud to have been a part of the event.
