A Busy Spring Wraps up with Covius’ Acquisition of Title365

This month has been compelling and busy at Covius. Earlier this week we announced that Covius has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Title365 from Blend. Title365 is a national title insurance and settlement services provider licensed in 43 states, serving a number of blue-chip clients, including industry-leading lenders, servicers, capital market participants and home equity originators.

This acquisition expands Covius’ presence in the origination and home equity title space, complements our existing default title business and aligns with our long-held strategy of delivering a full range of tech-enabled products and services across the origination, servicing and capital market sectors.

Also this week, our RealtyBid solution was recognized by PROGRESS in Lending for its recent FoxyAI integration, a major innovation in real estate valuation that enhances transparency, efficiency and confidence for REO and default servicing teams, investors and asset managers.

I hope you’ll read on below for more commentary regarding May’s Houlihan Lokey and MBA Secondary & Capital Markets Conferences and a recently published perspective on the MSR Market from Danny Byrnes in NTC’s Coffee Talk. It’s been terrific to reconnect with clients and meet new ones and if we haven’t seen you recently we hope to soon.

Clayton is Proud to Support the Fisher House Foundation

Clayton was proud to support this year’s Fisher House Foundation Golf Classic, which brought golfers and supporters together at the Golf Club at Lansdowne in Virginia to support military and veteran families. In its 22nd year, the Fisher House Golf Classic is the major annual fundraising event for Fisher House Foundation, raising more than $14 million to support military and veteran families, with $450,000 raised this year alone. In fact, in 2025, the Foundation will open their 100th Fisher House, which provides military families housing close to a loved one in a hospital.

Clayton was excited to sponsor this event and to have our colleague/veteran foursomes win first and second place!
