New Commercial Advanced Hybrid AVM is a Cost-Effective Alternative
Our latest product addition is an advanced hybrid AVM for commercial properties of all types. The AVM has many applications including valuation cascades, due diligence appraisals, full-appraisal quality reviews, loan origination and pre-qualifications, portfolio management and loan servicing.
The hybrid AVM combines property and comparable research provided by our skilled commercial appraisers in conjunction with an advanced market-derived algorithm developed by Vueterix to simulate the findings of a traditional commercial real estate appraisal.
At a fraction of the cost of a full commercial appraisal, our hybrid AVM offers a cost-effective solution for commercial property valuation. Internally tested against full commercial appraisals, it consistently produced values within a 5% variance, making it an excellent alternative product in the current commercial real estate market conditions.
