Additionally, Clayton Services is the firm that pioneered the concept of credit risk surveillance. To date, Clayton has reviewed more than 17 million loans and currently monitors $2 trillion in assets for investors.
With this acquisition, Covius now has the scale and operational capability to handle virtually any size loan review, portfolio or securitization transaction. In addition to residential and commercial loan review due diligence, our core capabilities include compliance and valuation reviews, condominium reviews, loan-level and transaction servicing oversight and non- performing asset review services for assets and mortgage backed securities.

Incomplete loan files are once again becoming a concern for aggregators and securities issuers. Incomplete files can delay securitizations, add cost and even result in loans being removed from deals. Covius is able to quickly identify title and document issues and work with title companies and lenders to collect critical policies and documents.
